Is there a minimum order or unit volume?
No. You can start with a few hundred orders a month. Your unit prices drop as your volume grows.
Can you collect my goods from my manufacturer or wholesaler?
Yes. We collect your goods anywhere in Türkiye with our own vehicles and bring them to our warehouse. No separate carrier to deal with.
When do orders ship?
Orders received before the daily cut-off ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. We share the cut-off time with your quote.
Who supplies the packaging?
We buy boxes, mailers and void fill in bulk and charge them to you at cost, with no markup.
How does pricing work?
Receiving, monthly storage, per-order picking and returns are separate line items. Shipping is billed separately, based on desi and carrier rates.
