From first call to first shipment
- Day 0
Intro call and quote
We review your product list (SKU, dimensions, weight), monthly order forecast and sales channels. You get an itemised quote within 1 business day.
- Days 1–3
Inbound stock
You or your supplier ship the products, or we collect them with Onway trucks. Products are counted, barcoded and shelved.
- Days 3–5
Integration
We connect your marketplace and store accounts to the portal. Stock syncs and orders start flowing in automatically.
- Day 5+
Test orders
We run a few test orders with you to check packing quality, labels and the shipping flow.
- Live
Daily operations
Orders received before the daily cut-off ship the same day. You monitor the portal and get reports.

Receiving
Carton and unit count, damage check, shortage/overage report.

Barcoding
Labels for unbarcoded items, marketplace labels.
- 03
Bin locations
A bin for every SKU; FIFO, or FEFO by expiry date.

Picking
Scan-based picking; the system flags a wrong item.
- 05
Packing
Box and void fill to suit the product, branded box and note card on request.
- 06
Shipping
Label printing, tracking number sent to your channel, same-day handover.
- 07
Returns
Unpacking, inspection, photo report; sellable items go back to stock.
- 08
Reporting
Stock, order, shipping and returns movements in the portal and a monthly report.
What we need from you
- Product list (Excel/CSV): SKU, product name, dimensions (cm), weight (g)
- Estimated monthly orders, by channel
- Marketplace and store details (for integration)
- Your current carrier contract (or use ours)
- Tax certificate and signature circular (for the contract)
